PROPOSAL IN VICTORIA. By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright. MELBOURNE, November 2d. The annual conference of tho Victorian Provincial Press Association has appointed a committee to consider a scheme to utilise wireless broadcasting stations to supply news to country papers and ascertain tho practicability of such a service.
