ALBANIAN TRIBES REBEL DRIVEN INTcTMOUNTAINS. Australian and N Z. Cable Association. BELGRADE, November 24. Catholic tribes in North Albania, at the instigation of a priest and two officials of the former Government, revolted, and defeated email detachments of gendarmes. The Government dispatched a stronger force, and drove the rebels to the Dukajina Mountains. The ringleaders failed to secure help from Mussulman and Orthodox tribesmen.
The Jugo-Slav Government is arresting the insurgents as they cross the frontier.
