MR HART ARRIVES. Mr George A. Hart, tho new city engineer for Wellington, was on board the liner Arawn. which arrived at Auckland yesterday. Mr Hart, who rome.s from Leeds, whore he was sowerago engineer, is expected in Wellington to-day.
