LOAN PROPOSALS
HUTT VALLEY POWER BOARD. The chairman of tho Huli A'nlW Power Board (Mr A. J. McCurdy) addressed a well-attended meeting of ratepayers in .Tohnsonville and Tzowcr Hutt. The chairman of the Johnsonville Town Board (Mr Alex. Moore) presided. After an explanatory address of over an hour’s duration succeeded by replies to questions, a hearty vote of thanks was accorded to the speaker on the motion of Mr Griffiths. General approval of the loan proposals was expressed by those present*.
