ARRIVAL AT AUCKLAND. AUCKLAND, November 23. “I have been looking forward with pleasure to my arrival in New Zealand, as I have heard such glowing accounts of tho life in the Dominion,” said Mr G. A. Hart, of Leeds, Wellington’s new city engineer, who arrived by the Arawa from Liverpool to-day. He is accompanied by his wife and daughter, aged four. He left a boy, aged fourteen, at Haileybury school.
