BADGERS BRED FOR PROFIT
The badger, frequently the victim of wanton destruction, is now being bred for commercial purposes by three •‘Donegal farmers. According to the head of tho project, the animals, if captured young, arc easily looked after, and when they reach maturity nro valuable, the hair being used for the best kind of shaving brush and tho fur for wonicn’s wearing apparel. The farmer claims that, the project is the first of it* kind.
