(Received November 24, 7.30 p.m.) BERLIN, November 23. “Germany expects foreign Governments to note the fact that she has lullilled the disarmament conditions for the recall of the Allied Miiitary Mission, and has proved that she is ready to carry out her obligations undor the Versailles Treaty,” asid Herr Stresemann, the Foreign Minister, during a debate in the Reichstag on foreign policy. He added that technical points not yet settled did not necessitate the further imposition upon Germany of the psychological burden due to the presence of foreign officers, which was incompatible with Germany’s entry into the League of Nations ami her adhesion to the Locarno Pact. Moreover, Germany maintained her demand for general disarmament. It was incompatible with her equality _ within the league that other nations should bo at liberty regarding disarmament, while one was completely disarmed and controlled. Referring to the Tlioiry conversations, Herr Stresemann expressed the opinion that Franco-German relations could he stated in the terms of a mathematical formula.
