Mr Bollard) has made available shows that'the. total number of motor vehicles registered throughout the Dominion np to the end of last month was 150,356. The return is made up as follows: North Island: Cars, 60,511; trucks, etc., 14,513; cycles, 17,594; total, 92,618. South Island: Cars, 37,903; trucks, etc. 6406, cycles, 13,429; total, 57,738.
