CUT FRENCH TELEGRAPH WIRES By Telegraph.—Fresa Assn.—Copyright. (Sydney "Sun’* Cable.) (Received November 23, 1.30 a.m.) LONDON, November 22. The “Daily News” correspondent at Nice reports that 150 Fascists crossed the Franco-Italian frontier and cut the telegraph wires at Mentone. French police and troops are guarding the offices near the frontier.
