START ON SATURDAY Per Press Association. GISBORNE, November 20. Two local freezing companies, the Kaiti and Waipaoa works, will commence operations to-day. Unionists will be given an opportunity fo apply for Work, but if they dp nqt make application voluntary labour will be taken on.
