Fifteen workmen were killed and 76 were injured as the result of an explosion on the Norwegian oil-tanker Mantilla while she was in drv dock at Sparrows Point, near Baltimore. The workers were sprayed with flaming oil, and a number were engulfed in the blazing hulk. • * •
