LIBERAL LEADER’S AUTOBIOGRAPHY J/ord Oxford, who recently entered upon his seventy-fifth birthday, is now completely restored to health. A friend who saw him a few days ago was surprised both at his mental and physical vigour. The Libera! leader is busily engaged with his autobiography, with which he has already made considerable progress. The sidelights he will throw on the personal side of politics will increase our knowledge of Gladstone, Lord Rosebery, and Lord Bal- • four.
