THE BIG ESTATE Numbers of people—particularly business men—who have confidence in the State-guaranteed Public Trustee as executor for their estates may nevertheless wish to the assistance of intimate friends or relatives os advisory trustees to act in 00-operation with the Public Trustee in the practical management of the estates. The testators believe that the advice of friends who have knowledge of the estates can he of great value. The Public Trust Office Amendment Act, 1913, has made provision for such co-operation. Practically the law assures and facilitates an efficient combination of the Stateguaranteed administration with the advice of private trustees or solicitors.
