INTER-CLUB CONTEST BEGIN DRAW FOR FIRST ROUND. The following is the draw for the first round of the senior grade interclub matches to commence at Miramar on Saturday next: Brougham Gill v. Miramar. Thorndon v. University. Newtown v. Lyall Bay. Wellington, a bye. The following clubs will require to complete their teams and notify the secretary at once as to the following particulars: Brougham Hill.—A player required for No. 3 position in place of N. R. C. Wilson, who is to play for Miramar. Miramar and Lyall Bay. —* Mrs Campbell and Mrs Heald are entered in both these teams. These two clubs must rectify this. Thorndon.—Teams required at earliest possible moment, as players who are members of two or more clubs require to know for which club they will be available. This applies also to 'Wellington Club. Wellington, who have a bye. are required to send in teams for next round. No third grade games will be played on the 27th. but will commence on December 4th. Club secretaries and players must make themselves conversant- with the rules to facilitate tho conduct of the competition as a whole, and the matches in particular.
