SWIMMING CHAMPION INJURED
IN ACTION AGAIN NEXT MONTH Norman Dowsett, champion sprint swimmer, recently broke a small bone in his leg as a result of a motor accident in Wanganui, and it was feared that the injury would put him out of the sport for some considerable time. However, he is now about again, and in a letter to a friend in Wellington states that he will probably be swimming again about the middle of next month.
