IMPERIAL CONFERENCE
COMMITTEES ENDING WORK. (Received November IS, 0.10 a.m.) LONDON, November 16. Five committees of the Imperial Conference met to-day. The Economic Committee concluded its report concerning the taxation of Governments engaged in trade, and the taxation of non-resident traders. The Overseas Settlement Committee finished its deliberations, which covered a very wide field, including settlement, training, and the facilitation of migration.
