PROBATION TERMS BROKEN. Per Frees Association. CHRISTCHURCH, November 16. In the Police Court, David Charles McGill, a clerk. 31 years of age, wns charged with having stolen in March, 1926, at Invercargill, the sum of £l7, the property of the Electrolux Company. He' was further charged with having failed to comply with the terms of his release on probation at Dunedin. On the application of the chief-detective, McGill was remanded to appear at Dunedin on November LBtb.
