SENIOR CRICKET PLAYER
TRANSFER. TO. INSTITUTE REFUSED. At the meeting of the management committee of the Wellington Cricket Association last evening. A. Aitken, who kept wicket for the Wellington Club’s senior team last season, forwarded an application for a transfer to the Institute Club. Owing to the fact that Aitken had played one game this season for Wellington, tlic management committee refused the granting of the transfer.'
