A CHARGE OF MANSLAUGHTER.

Tho trial of Alfred Thomas Percy Dare, aged 23, on a charge of having committed manslaughter by killing Arthur John Horton at Penroso on January 26th, was commenced in the Supreme Court to-dny. It is alleged that Dare was the driver of a motor-car which collided with a bicycle ridden by Horton, who sustained . fatal, injurie*. The case for tho prosecution had not concludod when tho court adjourned.
