P. & T. CONFERENCE
YESTERDAY'S SESSION. Tho P. and T. Officers' Association Conference resumed its sitti'ng yesterday, and disposed of association matters. At 2.30 p.m. they waited -upon tho Prime Minister and the PostmasterGeneral- (as reported in another column). A resolution was passed authorising the alteration of the constitution of tho aHSOciation, eo that the association can" register under the provisions of the Labour Disputes Act. A motion was carriod asking for full civil and political rights for tho members of the P. and T. Service. A proposal to affiliate with the National Industrial ' Alliance of Labour was not entertained.
