Cabinet had a busy day yesterday, as all Ministers were m town, and consideration was commenced of mat-terß which havo been held over pending a full meeting. Later tho sitting was continued, alter an interval to permit the Prime Minister to receive the Post and Telegraph deputation. Ministers will bo busy right up to tho day for the assembly of Parliament.
