Corroborative evidence was given by a witness, who stated that tho respondent had repeatedly informed her that she would not return to tbo petitioner. , , if is Honour held that constructive desertion had been proved. DESERTION' PROVED. Desertion was tho ground alleged by Myra Campbell (Mr P. W.
