FATAL ATTACK IN MESOPOTAMIA.

Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. SIMLA, June 9. A serious outbreak is reported in Mesopotamia.. A party of tribesmen, led by Sheri fa n officers, attacked Tel Afar, seizing the Government buildings, and killing all the Government officials, including two British officers. A number of the inhabitants were also killed. The crews of two armoured oars, who visited Tol Afar next day, arc reported to have been captured and murdered. A punitive column has been sent from Mosul.
