BOXING MATCH
URDN-VOLAIEB TO-MORROW. Nothing appears to ho wanting to make tho boxing tournament at the Town Hall to-morrow night one of the most successful ever staged under the auspices of tho iloool association. Yesterday afternoon the principals, Urcn and Volnire, were seen in their final training bouts and both exciting the admiration of H'ose privileged to witness the displays, not omv by the cleverness of their work, but by tho vigorous methods adopted by both. The amateur contests, with which proceedings will commence, are as follow R. Nixon v. B. Delay, B. Morgan v. G. Curran, and J. Carr y. V. .Green, and th.Gs6 should provide clos© and exciting contests. Practically in each case the above have had the advantage of taking part in training bouts with tho visitors, and in consequence should ho able to show some excellent work in attack and defence. ■ ’ . With a view to avoiding congestion at the doors to-morrow day sales of tickets for the gallery and back stalls ore .now available and intending patrons are strongly advised to provide themselves with a ticket in advance as there is evory prospect of every seat in these portions of the hall being sold before tho doors open. There has been a heavy booking for the other portions of the hall, but tho officials report that there are still some seats in excellent positions to bo obtained.
