XiVVY PURCHASE AT LOWER. HUTT. A meeting of tlio Anglican Roys Honics Society was held last evening, when the matter of purchasin'! a house and laud at Lower Hutt for the purpose of extending the work of the society was discussed. It was decided to authorise the executive to proceed with the purchase of the property and to make necessary extensions for the ultimate housing of 'sixty boys. Messrs Clove and W illiams reported very favourably on the house as being well adapted for enlargement for this purpose. A suggestion made by ladies at the meeting to raise funds for the society by moans of street collections and sales throughout the diocese was heartily approved. and immediate stops are to bo taken to give effect to this proposal.
