A wireless received from the tug Champion to-night states that tho tug is going full-speed for the Havre, which is still helplessly drifting. Tho steamer Havre, bound from Dunedin to Newcastle, reported by wireless on Saturday night that she was short of coal, having only just sufficient to keep steerage way. Sbe_ asked for assistance, and tho tug Champion was dispatched from Sydney at 1.30 on Saturday with coal.
