i STILL ANOTHER RESIGNATION. (Received June 6,. 5.5 p.m.) WASHINGTON, June 4. Owing to differences with Mr Colhy, Secretary of State, Mr Polk lias resigned from the Under-Secretaryship. His health is given as the ostensible reason for resigning. Mr Polk is the third official to. resign from the State Department during the present year.
