By a vote of 343 to 3, the House of Representatives adopted a resolution to repeal'-all war'laiitf. ; Supporters of the resolution expressed the sympathy of Congress wftti the Irish cause, the Speaker, Mr Gillett, informed them he would not J permit the House to give _ consideration to the measure. Mr Gillett's words were final in the matter.
