TO-MORROW’S FIXTURES. Matches will be played to-morrow afternoon as follow: Seniors.—Athletic v. Newtown, Newtown Park, 3 p.m., Mr Bradley; Suburbs v. Petone, Petone Part, 3 p.m., Mr A. House. Juniors.—Central v. Petone, Emmerson street, Mr Evans,; Rovers v. Athletic, Hutt Park,' Mr Duncan; Suburbs c. Petone North, Petone, Mr Langrish. A JUNIOR MATCH. A' Wellington junior representative team played the jnnior team that went to Napier and were ‘ defeated by 34 to nil, thereby proving the selectors’ judgment to be sound. -.For the winners, Tetly scored five tries, Henwood two, and Ryan one. No tries were converted. Despite the state of the ground and the greasy nature of the hall, play never lacked- interest from the Trick-off to noside. * . Mr Martin made a very efficient referee.
