Mr Justice Evo gave judgment foi plaintiffs in the action brought hj Lord iMicholliam’s executors asking, for a declaration that a document dated July 3rd, 1919, giving the present Lady Slichelham an annual income of £-20,000 'invalid. The judge accepted a doctor’s evidence that Lord Michelham was not in a condition tounderstand business.
