Captain Hennah anti Mr A. Collin*, J.l'.’s, presided at yesterday’s sitting of tho Magistrate's Court. Two first offenders, for drunkenness, were dealt with in tho usual manner. Michael Lane, for having committed on wide cent act in Vivian street on Wednesday evening, was convicted and fined £2, in default seven days’ imprisonment.
