LOWER HUTT COURT Mr W. G. Riddell, S-M., presided over th-o monthly meeting of the Loner Hurt Magistrate’s Court yesterday. For failing to attend drill, Thomas I'Nyhan was fined -£3, or in default twenty--one days’ military detention. In the civil case, W. Austin v. A. Coe, judgment was given by default for £2 10s 3d, with 10s costs. In a judgment summons case, A. Rice was ordered to pay R. Bartosh AUI 15s 6d before Juno ‘io I'd. 1920, or suffer fourteen days’ imprisonment. A. Carver was ordered to givo up possession of a dwelling to P. O’Cnlkghau within two months, and pay costa to the amount of 10s 6d.
