DIVORCE GRANTED

AMMON r. AMMON. A decree nisi was granted by His Honour Mr Justice Edwards yesterday in the divorce case of Charles Frederick Ammon (petitioner) versus .Daisy Geraldine Mary Ammon (respondent) and William Reilly (co-re-spondent). Tho jury, on Tuesday afternoon, found that respondent and co-respondent had committed adultery, and awarded tho petitioner £250 damages against tho co-respondent. Petitioner had claimed £SOO. Mr A. B. Siovwright, who appeared for tho petitioner, applied for custody of the petitioner’s se\ on-year-old child, and costs against Reilly. Mr P. W. Jackson asked for costs for the respondent. His Honom reserved his decision in the matter of costs.
