On tho alleged overlapping between tho work of tho Technical College and tho W.E.A., tiho organiser for the latter body. Ma D. Seymour, stated that tho W.E.A. policy wag definitely against any kind of overlapping. The W.E.A. understood that the work of tho clasß in clcctricitv was not vocational, but cultural in its nature, and that it was not such as the course at the Technical College covered. Tho AV.E.A. had refused to authorise classes in'any work already performed by the Technical College, and the scheme ot organisation which it was promoting was designed not merely to provide again st overlapping but to co-relate the activities of all our educational institutions.
