A wireless message from Moscow states that Tehitcherenhas protested to Austria and Czecho-Slovakia against their permitting the sale ol transport 'and munitions to, Poland, and declared that such action wilt have an influence on the fate of Austrian officers in Russia and may also lead to a stoppage of the exchange o' war prisoners.
