TRANSPORT BOARD'S DECISION. ASSOCIATION MUST BE RECOGNISED. . The committee appointed by tho Labour unions to handle matters connected with the jockeyd' dispute has been advised of tho telegram from the -transport Federation Advisory Board, Wellington, that it has considered the. position and has decided not to \ if t the embargo on racing until the New Zealand Racing Conference has recognised the New Zealand Jockeys* Association.
