RAILWAY DISPUTE
MEETING OF E.F.C.A. BOARD. The Prime Minister, in. reply to a question by a "Times" representative yesterday, stated that he" thinks the Conciliation Board which is to hear the Locomotive Engineers, Firemen, and Cleaners' Association's section 6f the railway dispute will hold its opening session on Friday morning next.
