CHANGE IN E.F.C.A. BOARD. Mr W. D. TTinU, one of the nominees of the Locomotive Engineers’, Firemen, and Cleaners’ Association on the Conciliation Board which Is to deal with the E.F.C.A. railway dispute. is leaving New Zealand shortly for the Old Country, and is unablo *°lt°has therefore been arranged that his place is to he taken hy Mr .1. T. Martin, of the film of Messrs Wright,, Stephenson and Co. The sittings of tho Conciliation Board aro to commence early this week.
