C. Tumor; vk»president. Mr A. H. Herbert; secretary and ’ treasurer, Mr J. S. Tnpo; committee. Messrs G. T. Allen, it. J. Foss, J. B. Carruthcrs, P. Tike and A M. Mason. At the conclusion of tho mcotilng Mr Tripe was presented with an entree dish and casserole as a. slight acknowuedgmout of his service* as honorary secretary. Tho Ekotahuna Druids have elected tho following oiheora tor tho ensuing year:—A.D., Uro. J. Johnson, V.A., Bro. ¥. Preston; secretary, it. McGarry; minute secretary, Bro. O. Burling, treasurer, Bro. J. Iteument; J.1.A., Bro. J. Monaghan.; 1.G., Bro. W. tlornblow; 0.G.. Bro. AY. JCanion; iv.i>B.’s, Bros. B. Burling- and E. Blake; V.A.B.’s. Bro. H. Garnett and F. Burling. , . A resolution has been passgd by tno Masterton Labour Party in favour ot tho observance' of'a universal Saturday half-holiday.
