It was decided that the executive take steps to provide the secretary with assistance,' leaving him free to carry into effect tin; policy of the association. • .- The meeting' decided to recommend! dairy factories to promote the forma- ' tion of herd testing associations, also' 1 that A. and P. Associations in . tho South Island be strongly urccd to hold bull fairs in a suitable month each .'year,' and that 50 per cent, of tho Government stud bulls be distributed for sale-at these fairs.
