The "New--York Times", correspondent at AV'ashington ■ states that the Navy Department is planning the construction of seaplanes equipped with' six to eight engines for ocean flights. The correspondent adds that reports have been receivied through- official channels that firms are planning to build seaplanes for the transatlantic service, equipped with twelve Rolls-Royce engines.
