TRADE IN NON-FERROUS METALS
DECISION BY KING’S BENCH.
Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.
(Received June 1, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, May 30.
The King’s Bench has decided against the Board of Trade for refusing a license to Henry Gardner, formerly chairman of Merton’s, to trade in non-ferrous metals. Tho Chief Justice declared that since, tho outbreak of tho war Gardner had done everything possible to divest himself of German associations.
