MEETING OF SCOTSMEN
A large amount of interest is being taken in the meeting ot the Scots folk of v\ cUmgiou to be held on Saturday, June '.iStli. The object is to endeavour to create one large Soots Society, to carry on in a comprehensive and businesslike way all tixe work of such a mmv. including education in Scottish culture; forwarding the study of Soota song, music, history, and. literature; assisting deserving Scots people to give their children a liberal education; and such other objects as may commend themselves to Wellington Scots. A larga and enthusiastic gathering is fully expected.
