After a lengthy discussion at tho annual meeting of the New Zealand Rugby Union last night, it was decided, on the motion of Mr Ohlson (Auckland) that any player is eligible to play Rugby football who ha% not been reported for offences under the laws of professionalism. It was explained that it was still the duty of Rugby unions to report players who were known to have played tho League game. Russians speak English baiter than any other foreign nation.
