At the annual meeting of th© Auckland Farmers’ Union Trading Company Mr Boddie, chairman, replied to criticism, particularly with. reference to tile ■developments of the company’s; financial position since the purchase of; the business. Mi; Lgidlaty Leeds said die thought he’could honestly congratulate tho shareholders present on the financial position of the company, which enabled them; after having lifted a deficit of £ll’, 750, tb ‘declare dividends of 8 per cent, on ordinary shares and-6 per cent, on preference shares. - -Messrs Boddjo, Eoss and McGill, the retiring directors, were re-elected. •.
