' A‘writ has been issued on behalf ol one New South Wales, two Queensland, and two South Australian members of the Seamen’s Federation against five members of the executive council, seeking a. declaration that all acts and business transacted by the defendants as executive officers since January 29th are illegal and void, and an injunction is asked for restraining them from acting as executive officers or dealing in any way with the funds of the federation.
