NEW YORE, May 15 (delayed)
The “New York Post’s” correspondent at Berlin interviewed General Ludendorff, who said the Allies’ “new tanks won tho war.” Ho would not concede that tho entry of the United States made even a slight difference to tho outcome of the war. Germany would have won but for tho revolution. Ludondorff said: "Germany should have built more tanks, but her industries were not equal to tho tremendous demands for war materials. The Üboat warfare was necessary. It had brought England to the verge ot economic collapse. It did not bring the United States into the war. The United States would have entered in any circumstances. lam willing to testify before a tribunal to inquire into the responsibility for tho war for the purpose of vindicating tho Fatherland.”
