A New Zealand ".firm. has. re-' ceived from Scotland a letter stating that the action of the docker*, there* may have the effect of lessening the export of "old Scot-oh-'*'- to New Zea j land. The letter runs.:.—'.!\Ve. beg to-ad--vise you that export of whisky is meantime suspended indefinitely owing to tho attitude adopted by the dockers at Glasgow and Liverpool. Apparently they have the feeling that no liquor" should be sent out of the country whSVF the' Government are allowvng/so out of bond for consumption' by f ' 'the Home public.
