PROTESTANT POLITICAL ASSOCIATION
The Dominion Council of the Protestant Political ’Association continued its sittings in tho Esperanto Hall yesterday, tho vice-president (Mr Bwcri McGregor; presiding. Many important amendments were approved, which will strengthen the organisation. • The finances of the P.P.A, were discussed and tho Dominion executive was instructed to appoint two financial organisers in view of tho elections, it being decided to raise immediately the necessary funds. Tho election of officers and Dominion’ executive resulted 'as Hollows ;—President, Mr Ewen McGregor, of Hamilton; vice-presidents Messrs Enrnshaw, Harford and Knowles-Smith; committee, Messrs Donald. Newton, MoEldowney, Middle-ton. Kemp; secretary, Mr H. S. Bllby; national organiser, Eov. Howard Elliott. The conference ndi burned until this morning after the retiring officers had been thanked for their past services..
