Finnish and Esthonian troops are converging upon Petrograd, and the Esthonians are within fifty miles. British troops have landed at Lugaby, and occupied villages on the river Luga, after many fights,with the Bolsheviks. - . ■ - j The Soviet have resolved to defend Petrograd to "tho utmost*, and “will* destroy and burn tho city if they are compelled to evacuate it.
